Booking and Payment
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as required.
- Payment Terms: Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified at the time of booking.
- Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price agreed upon will not change.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing. The following charges apply:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits.
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
- Cancellation by Travel Implex: We reserve the right to cancel any trip at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to book another trip of equal value.
Changes to Booking
- Changes by Client: Any changes to bookings must be made in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
- Changes by Travel Implex: We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries and services as necessary. Major changes will be communicated to clients as soon as possible.
Travel Documents
- Passports and Visas: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have a valid passport and necessary visas for their trip. Travel Implex can offer assistance in obtaining these documents but takes no responsibility for any issues arising from incorrect documentation.
- Health Requirements: Clients are responsible for meeting any health requirements, including vaccinations, for their travel destinations.
Liability and Insurance
- Liability: Travel Implex acts only as an agent for the clients in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and other services. We shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by any company or person involved in providing these services.
- Insurance: We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, health, and personal accident risks. Travel Implex is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
Conduct and Compliance
- Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to the local laws and customs of their travel destinations. Travel Implex reserves the right to terminate services for any client who behaves in a manner that is disruptive, threatening, or illegal.
- Compliance with Laws: Clients must comply with all laws and regulations of the countries they visit. Travel Implex is not liable for any fines, penalties, or other consequences resulting from non-compliance.
Privacy Policy
Travel Implex is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use your personal information to provide the services you have requested and to inform you of other services that may interest you. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Travel Implex operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
