Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar

• Arrive in Srinagar and transfer to your houseboat or hotel.
• Enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, exploring floating gardens and the Mughal gardens.
• Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 2: Srinagar to Sonamarg (Drive)

• After breakfast, drive to Sonamarg, known as the “Meadow of Gold.”
• Enjoy the scenic drive along the Sindh River with views of snowy peaks.
• Overnight stay in a campsite or hotel in Sonamarg.

Day 3: Sonamarg to Nichnai (Trek)

• Begin your trek from Sonamarg to Nichnai via Shekdur.
• Pass through dense forests of pine and maple before reaching Nichnai.
• Overnight stay in tents at Nichnai (3,500m).

Day 4: Nichnai to Vishansar Lake (Trek)

• Trek over the Nichnai Pass (4,150m) and descend towards the Vishansar Lake.
• Enjoy panoramic views of the mountains and meadows along the way.
• Camp near the stunning Vishansar Lake (3,710m) for the night.

Day 5: Vishansar to Gadsar via Krishansar Lake (Trek)

• Trek to Gadsar Lake, passing by Krishansar Lake and crossing the Gadsar Pass (4,200m).
• Gadsar Lake is known as the “Lake of Flowers,” surrounded by vibrant blooms.
• Overnight stay in tents near Gadsar Lake.

Day 6: Gadsar to Satsar (Trek)

• Continue your trek towards Satsar, a series of seven interconnected lakes.
• The trail offers spectacular views of the surrounding peaks and valleys.
• Set up camp near one of the Satsar Lakes (3,600m) for the night.

Day 7: Satsar to Gangbal Lake via Zaj Pass (Trek)

• Trek to Gangbal Lake, crossing the Zaj Pass (4,080m).
• The descent offers views of Nanga Parbat in the distance.
• Camp by the twin lakes of Gangbal and Nundkol, revered by the locals.
• Overnight stay in tents near Gangbal Lake (3,570m).

Day 8: Gangbal to Naranag and Departure (Trek & Drive)

• Descend towards Naranag through pine forests and open meadows.
• Visit the ancient Naranag Temple complex before driving back to Srinagar.
• Transfer to the airport or your hotel for onward travel.
