Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@kashmirvisits.com or by calling +91 7006134618.
Cancellation Fees:
- 30 days or more prior to departure: 10% of the total booking amount.
- 15 to 29 days prior to departure: 25% of the total booking amount.
- 7 to 14 days prior to departure: 50% of the total booking amount.
- Less than 7 days prior to departure: 100% of the total booking amount.
No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your scheduled travel will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the cancellation request. Please note that any applicable bank charges or service fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Changes to Itinerary: Requests for changes to the itinerary will be treated as cancellations of the original booking and will be subject to the cancellation fees outlined above.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or health crises, Travel Implex reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the specific terms and conditions relevant to the situation.
