Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar

  • Arrive in Srinagar and transfer to your houseboat or hotel.
  • Afternoon Shikara ride on Dal Lake, visiting the Mughal gardens and exploring the local markets.
  • Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 2: Srinagar to Pahalgam (Drive)

  • After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam, known for its stunning landscapes and tranquil environment.
  • Enjoy a leisurely walk along the Lidder River or explore the picturesque Betaab Valley.
  • Overnight stay in a hotel or campsite in Pahalgam.

Day 3: Pahalgam to Aru Valley and Lidderwat (Trek)

  • Overnight stay in tents at Lidderwat (3,300m).

Day 4: Lidderwat to Shekwas (Trek)

  • Camp at Shekwas (3,500m) for the night.

Day 5: Shekwas to Tarsar Lake (Trek)

  • Set up camp near the tranquil waters of Tarsar Lake (3,795m).

Day 6: Tarsar Lake to Sundarsar via Marsar Lake (Trek)

  • Cross over to Sundarsar Lake via the Marsar Pass (4,020m).
  • Visit the twin lakes of Marsar and Sundarsar, surrounded by towering peaks.
  • Enjoy a peaceful evening at the lakeside camp, reflecting on the beauty of the Himalayas.
  • Overnight stay in tents near Sundarsar Lake.

Day 7: Sundarsar to Sumbal via Sonmasti (Trek & Drive)

  • Trek from Sundarsar to the village of Sumbal, passing through the verdant Sonmasti Valley.
  • The trail descends through forests and meadows, offering a final glimpse of Kashmir’s natural beauty.
  • From Sumbal, drive back to Srinagar.
